The Sugahfix gals and a few of our FABB pals headed to Craigavon on the train for a day of fashion and fun!
The Craigavon area with town centres in Portadown and Lurgan have lots of shopping gems that every Sugahfix gal will love.
Fans of Ralph Lauren's preppy look will love Elegance on Lurgan's High St with its finely-honed selection of chic quality fashion including Wolford hosiery and J Brand jeans.
And if you're looking for something for the man in your life – pop upstairs to Cloth: stockists of cool menswear brands Il Brusetto, Lavenham, John Smedley and Pointer. Cloth and Elegance are a family affair, ran by a local Mother and Son team so expect great personalised customer service.
Alana Interiors (9-10 Kitchen Hill, (beside Funky Monkeys) Lurgan) is one of those stores you could spend hours browsing the homewares from cute cushions and pretty tea pots to 'The Little Boutique at Alana' upstairs include Arianna, James Lakeland, In Wear and jackpot. We highly recommend the café which serves up great hot food and scrumptious cakes and tray bakes! Alana is a destination in itself and with free parking outside it's worth a spin just for lunch with the ladies!
With our bellies full we headed to West Street in Portadown. With great independent boutiques, as well as High Street fave Esprit and a just around the corner from High Street Shopping Centre West Street is a compact shopping destination in its own right!
The Bottom Drawer (25 West Street, Portadown) is the most adorable shop which started off as a gift store but branched out offering a carefully selected range of very well priced fashion as well as a great range of accessories and hats – perfect for a wedding or the races! TBD stock brands including Soaked in Luxury, St Martins, Smash, Derhy plus occasion wear range by Daisy May and handbags by Suzy Smith and Malissa J.
And of course you'll need some fabulous shoes! Sitara Morgan, just across the street from The Bottom Drawer, is a shoe-gals dream! With a fabulous selection of everything from casual flats and wedges to uber-cool heels and stunning bridal shoes and Juicy Couture handbags, Sitara Morgan stock sizes starting at size two for you petite fashion princesse.
Next door you can chill out with a thirst-quenching sorbet in Dolce & Gelato (we loved the zesty lemon gelato) or pick up an ice cream cake for a celebration or just for an extra special treat!
Refreshed and reenergised – delight in the amazing Ooh La La Boutique! The award to the most incredible changing rooms ever goes to Ooh La La with a huge room filled with cherry blossom trees and vintage furniture – it is incredible! Ooh La La also stock a mind-boggling range of necklaces and bags in a wide array of colours and styles. We loved the kitsch flamingo handbag and tattoo style leggings as seen on TOWIE. Ooh La La is a must-see!
After all that retail therapy – we needed a good strong cuppa, a bun and chat to discuss our fabulous purchases before we headed back to the train. A window table in Chimes coffee shop in Portdown was just the ticket – traybakes to die for!!!
We'll be back in Craigavon super soon!
