Glossybox celebrated its 1st Birthday in May and celebrated with a bumper box of treats for subscribers including a set of stunning strip lashes worth £8.95 and luxury bath and shower gel worth £7 (worth the subscription on their own!) as well as a cute pink balloon and mirror compact as an extra celebration for their birthday month.

So how does it work?

Glossybox is a monthly subscription of £10 plus P&P service where you receive a pretty pink box with five 'high-end' samples including make-up, skincare, bodycare, fragrance and hair care.

It's like the best goodie bag you've ever got and it's a great way to try out a selection of new products each month - perfect for any beauty product junkie! You'll find brands you haven't come across before and try items you might have been lusting over but didn't want to risk forking out for a full size product before try it.

Glossybox also publish the Glossypedia - an online magazine with tips and video tutorials on how to use the products as well as current beauty trends.

Basically the same concept but in a charcoal grey box and packed with men's skincare, haircare, skincare, bodycare and fragrance. Sugahhubby was uber impressed with the Spring Men's Glossybox, which had really substantial sized products including his fave Liz Earle face scrub and Fudge hair shaper - handy for the gym!
